About me

I am Lambreni, a strategic thought partner, vision architect, and authentic leader.

My journey began in the theater, not on a grand stage, but in rehearsal rooms at New York University. There I learned how to listen deeply, connect authentically, and move in rhythm with others. Theater taught me what no textbook ever could: how to connect with an audience, act in concert with a team, and welcome feedback as fuel for growth. It developed my capacity to communicate with clarity and adaptability. It gave me the presence to command a stage and the humility to share it with others.

That foundation has shaped every role I’ve taken on since.

(humble brag alert) I once helped a group of parents start and run a cooperative preschool. I had no blueprint or paid staff, just a vision, courage, and determination. It taught me what I now know for sure: clarity comes from action, and leadership begins with the courage to move first.

As a community organizer, I trained everyday people to share their stories in powerful ways and organize around what mattered most. One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a county-wide healthcare enrollment campaign powered entirely by volunteers.

As Chief of Staff at a major legal aid organization, I developed, implemented, and evaluated strategic action while navigating the complexities of managing a mission-driven organization with over 200 employees. One of my most significant accomplishments was establishing an organizational presence in a remote part of the organization’s service area- attracting new partners, funding, and free office space.

My entrepreneurial roots run deep. I grew up watching my grandmother bake cakes in her kitchen and build a business from scratch with no storefront, just word-of-mouth and love. My father started a church with nothing more than a vision and borrowed space in a daycare. My mother opened a daycare in a low-income neighborhood, going the extra mile for every child in her care. From them, I learned that leadership starts with service, and that resourcefulness, faith, and initiative are powerful tools.

I'm not just a strategist. I'm a catalyst.

I help leaders get unstuck, get moving, and get results. I know how to ask the right questions, connect the dots, and, most importantly, take the steps no one else has time (or courage) to take. Because leadership isn’t just about having a vision. It’s about taking the first bold step… and inviting others to follow.

I believe…

  • A compelling vision is a magnetic, attractive force.

  • Entrepreneurs are remarkable, regardless of the success of their endeavor.

  • Ordinary people can accomplish extraordinary things when provided with opportunities, accessible tools, coaching and encouragement.
